CCSPOA Minute Information: August Minutes which have been approved with no changes . The minutes of both June meetings  have been approved: June 19th Board Minutes- June 27th Special Board Minutes No changes were necessary. The August 24th meeting minutes- approved,-October 19th Board Budget Meeting Minutes -approved -The November 16th, 2015 Annual Member Meeting Minutes -unapproved -The November 30th, 2015 Board Minutes -approved -The December 7th, 2015 meeting minutes -approved - A special Board meeting was held Jan.6,2016 and the following minutes were approved.  The minutes for the Jan. 18th ,2016 have now been approved. The most recent Board Meeting was held February 22, 2016 at Nash 19- 8:00 PM - Click on Special Meeting Minutes and Regular Board Minutes These minutes for the February meeting have been approved. The next Board Meeting was March 28, 2016 at 8:00 PM in Nash's Restaurant and please click on the approved Board Meeting Minutes to see minutes for that meeting and also the Attachment meeting minutes which are also approved.The next Board Meeting was April 25th, 2016. The next Board Meeting was held Saturday May 21st, at 10:00 AM at the Pavilion - Click on the agenda for this meeting to see what was discussed-minutes and attached minutes are unapproved. The next meeting is scheduled for Friday, June 17, 2016 at 9:30 AM at Nash's 19 Restaurant.

The Spring Fling was held on April 9th, 2016 and was a lot of fun for all ages with great food and fellowship

Important Information: The CCSPOA Board wishes to again point out that the golf course can not be used by CCSPOA members for any purpose other than playing golf. Additionally, you must either be a golf course member or have paid daily greens fees in order to play golf on the course. The swimming pool must only be used by members holding a Resident Pool Pass. Others will be asked to leave and could face prosecution if they fail to comply.

CCSPOA MEMBERS NOTICE -
Four reminders: 1. Please pick up after your dog. 2. Garbage pick-up is Monday and Thursday each week. 3. Yard waste pick-up is the first and third Wednesday of each month. 4. Yard trash must be tied in bundles or put in containers or plastic bags. Latest Water and Sewer Information: The Sebring City Council, by unanimous vote at the April 2016 meeting, approved acquisition by the City of Sebring of the water/sewer utilities serving CCS.  Of particular importance to note is: 1) the City’s intent to extend the sewer and water lines from its Golf Hammock connection to our community which means that someday the old sewer plant will be demolished and the noise it emits ending, which will benefit residents; 2) the City will keep the current water storage facility to enhance their water capacity with the intent to someday install a new storage facility.

NEW: New restaurant has opened at the club house called Nash's 19  This restaurant is open daily 11 am to 8 pm and is serving great food and has an all new menu. Check it out as soon as possible!!!

What is happening at the pool area?-Click on the link to see some very nice things.
We hope you enjoy the new pool area and all of the beautiful renovations. A Special thanks goes out to the entire Board (especially Greg Thomas) for the many hours of time and effort towards making this project a total success
. Please contact Matt Cohen, Association Manager at 561-906-8629 to pick up your key fob for the pool area if you have not already done this.
Many thanks to those of you who volunteered to help out with the pool area set-up. We now have a need for those of you who would like to be a part of the look of our community. Rita Bennett is looking for five volunteers to serve on a newly formed Landscape Committee. The committee would propose and coordinate beautification projects to improve our common areas. Beautification is one of the Board’s priorities in the 2016 budget. The time commitment would be approximately one meeting a month at a time convenient for the volunteers. Also we thank Mark Theis and Martha Griffin for the beautiful Christmas decorations and Fred and Ellie Moellendick for the very nice Valentine decoratons. Thanks to those  responsible for the  beautiful Easter decorations also.

Becoming a Designated "Golf Cart Community"
In order to become a designated "Golf Cart Community" all traffic laws must be consistently obeyed. According to detail reports from Sheriff Deputies, we continue to experience a high volume of vehicular speeding incidents, as well as stop sign violations by both vehicles and golf carts. The use of golf carts by under age drivers also continues to be a problem. In an attempt to curb these violations the Sheriff's Deputies will begin immediate strict enforcement of all traffic laws for vehicles as well as golf carts. This action is needed in order to receive the needed approval to turn the roads over to the County and become a "Golf Cart Community". Please take this warning seriously and your cooperation is greatly appreciated.e

Let us honor one of, if not the oldest residents of our community, Mr. Jack Moore. Jack may be the oldest of the original residents, and lastly , the only survivor of Pearl Harbor in the county. Thank you for your service and we thank our other Veterans who served our country
